One of our brand-new brands is Zylia (see below)!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About Zylia: </strong></p><p>Zylia is a small, soulful, 50‑cover restaurant that brings the spirit of a real Cypriot village taverna into the heart of London. Inspired by the aromas of charcoal cooking, the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality, and the generosity of a homecooked meal, Zylia is a place full of energy, tradition, and heart.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an exceptional Waiter to join our growing team – someone who cares about delivering genuine hospitality, loves looking after others, and wants to be part of a restaurant that feels more like a home than a workplace.</p><p>As a Waiter at Zylia, you love delivering top-notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable. The successful candidate in this role will:</p><ul><li>Be responsible for delivering a warm, intuitive and high-standard service</li><li>Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations</li><li>Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams</li><li>Maintain &amp; update cleaning schedules, records and checklists</li><li>Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health &amp; Safety practices and procedures</li><li>Help build a beloved neighbourhood taverna</li><li>Celebrate Cypriot traditions and flavours</li><li>Be part of a supportive, family-style restaurant environment</li><li>Grow and develop within an expanding brand!</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>We'd love to hear from you if you:</strong></p><ul><li>Bring 3+ years experience as a Waiter within a high quality service and fast-paced environment</li><li><span style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25);">Are a strong team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English is a must)</span></li><li>Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure</li><li>Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues</li><li>Have a genuine love for simple, honest and authentic hospitality</li><li>Are passionate about Mediterranean culture</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
