About The Role:As a Team Member at Manna, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and hospitality every day. Working across both kitchen and guest-facing areas, you will help prepare and serve our menu to the highest standards while creating a welcoming and energetic experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential. You will work closely with your Team Leads and Shop Manager to ensure smooth service, maintain excellent food quality and uphold the standards that make Manna a guest favourite. As a successful Team Member, you will:<ul><li>Build strong knowledge of our menu, ingredients, cooking methods and brand values</li><li>Prepare, cook and present food to Manna&#39;s quality standards</li><li>Deliver friendly, efficient and genuine hospitality to every guest</li><li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation at all times</li><li>Support your team during busy service periods and contribute to a positive working environment</li><li>Follow all food hygiene, health &amp; safety and company procedures</li><li>Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your skills and career</li><li>Help ensure every guest leaves with a great impression of Manna</li></ul> We&#39;d love to hear from you if you:<ul><li>Have experience working in hospitality, quick service restaurants, kitchens or customer-facing environments (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic</li><li>Take pride in delivering quality food and excellent guest experiences</li><li>Are eager to learn new skills and develop within a growing business</li><li>Have good communication skills and enjoy working with people</li><li>Can stay calm and focused during busy service periods</li><li>Bring energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in</li></ul> We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
