Arcade Covent Garden is Arcade’s third and most ambitious London venue, opening in April 2026 in the heart of Covent Garden. Spanning 12,500sq ft across a single floor, the venue will feature 385 covers, a large central bar, four open kitchens, and four standalone restaurant brands, alongside a central dining space hosting multiple Arcade concepts.
The line-up includes Arcade favourites, Gracey’s Manna and the central bar Plaza, with additional independent kitchens including Solis & Hero, bringing together established Arcade favourites and new concepts developed through the Arcade Create programme.

About the role:We are looking for an exceptional Waiter to join our growing team – someone who cares about delivering genuine hospitality, loves looking after others, and wants to be part of a restaurant that feels more like a home than a workplace.As a Waiter at Zylia, you love delivering top-notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable. The successful candidate in this role will:<ul><li>Be responsible for delivering a warm, intuitive and high-standard service</li><li>Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations</li><li>Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams</li><li>Maintain &amp; update cleaning schedules, records and checklists</li><li>Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health &amp; Safety practices and procedures</li><li>Help build a beloved neighbourhood taverna</li><li>Celebrate Cypriot traditions and flavours</li><li>Be part of a supportive, family-style restaurant environment</li><li>Grow and develop within an expanding brand!</li></ul> We'd love to hear from you if you:<ul><li>Bring 3+ years experience as a Waiter within a high quality service and fast-paced environment</li><li>Are a strong team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English is a must)</li><li>Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure</li><li>Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues</li><li>Have a genuine love for simple, honest and authentic hospitality</li><li>Are passionate about Mediterranean culture</li></ul> We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
