Arcade Covent Garden is Arcade’s third and most ambitious London venue, opening in April 2026 in the heart of Covent Garden. Spanning 12,500sq ft across a single floor, the venue will feature 385 covers, a large central bar, four open kitchens, and four standalone restaurant brands, alongside a central dining space hosting multiple Arcade concepts.
The line-up includes Arcade favourites, Gracey’s Manna and the central bar Plaza, with additional independent kitchens including Solis & Hero, bringing together established Arcade favourites and new concepts developed through the Arcade Create programme.

About Zylia: Zylia is a small, soulful, 50‑cover restaurant that brings the spirit of a real Cypriot village taverna into the heart of London. Inspired by the aromas of charcoal cooking, the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality, and the generosity of a homecooked meal, Zylia is a place full of energy, tradition, and heart. About the role:We are looking for an exceptional Waiter to join our growing team – someone who cares about creating a welcoming and genuine vibe from the moment guests walk through the door, loves looking after others, and wants to be part of a restaurant that feels more like a home than a workplace. As a Waiter at Zylia, you love delivering top-notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable. The successful candidate in this role will:<ul><li>Communicate with guests in a confidently and professionally</li><li>Be responsible for delivering a consistent and high standard service</li><li>Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile</li><li>Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations</li><li>Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams</li><li>Maintain &amp; update cleaning schedules, records and checklists</li><li>Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health &amp; Safety practices and procedures</li><li>Get the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!</li></ul> We&#39;d love to hear from you if you:<ul><li>Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a similar high quality environment</li><li>Have worked in a high volume restaurant environment similar to ours</li><li>Have a passion for food, service and great guest experiences (especially for guest interaction)</li><li>Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills</li><li>Are an excellent team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure</li><li>Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues</li></ul> We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
