About The Role:

As a Team Member at Manna, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and hospitality every day. Working across both kitchen and guest-facing areas, you will help prepare and serve our menu to the highest standards while creating a welcoming and energetic experience for every guest.

This is a hands-on chef role in a high volume kitchen environment where teamwork, attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential. You will work in the kitchen along side your Team Leads and Shop Manager to ensure smooth service, maintain excellent food quality and uphold the standards that make Manna a guest favourite.

As a successful Team Member in our Manna Kitchen, you will:

Prepare, cook and present food to Manna's quality standards
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation at all times
Build strong knowledge of our menu, ingredients, cooking methods and brand values
Support your team during busy service periods and contribute to a positive working environment
Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures
Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your skills and career
Help ensure every guest leaves with a great impression of Manna

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have experience working in quick service kitchens or high volume kitchen environments (essential)
Are kitchen trained (Level 2)
Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Take pride in delivering quality food and excellent guest experiences
Are eager to learn new skills and develop within a growing business
Have good communication skills and enjoy working with people
Can stay calm and focused during busy service periods
Bring energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in
