About The Role:

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our established kitchen team at Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR). This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, multi-cuisine background looking to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group. As a Chef de Partie at Arcade TCR, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained across our different kitchens and brands, from Solis, Gracey's and Middle Eastern dishes to Manna’s iconic burgers (and more!), developing into a highly versatile Chef de Partie.

As a successful Chef de Partie, you will:

Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality
Use top-quality ingredients to create dishes from our diverse and innovative menus
Have the opportunity to support and learn from senior chefs while mentoring junior team members
Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Take advantage of ongoing training and career development opportunities

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have 2+ years of professional kitchen experience, with the skills and confidence to run your own section in a busy, quality-focused restaurant.
Take pride in every plate you send, consistently delivering on flavour, seasoning, presentation and portion size.
Have strong cooking fundamentals and enjoy learning about different cuisines, ingredients and techniques.
Know how to organise your mise en place, manage prep levels and keep your section ready for a demanding service.
Work accurately and efficiently under pressure, communicating clearly with the brigade to keep service running smoothly.
Maintain high standards of food safety, allergen awareness, cleanliness and stock rotation, while keeping waste to a minimum.
Bring curiosity, energy and a team-first attitude, with a willingness to support other sections, learn from feedback and develop your craft at Arcade.
