About The Role:

We're looking for a talented Grill Chef (Chef de Partie) to support the kitchen team of one of London’s newest, stunning and most exciting venues — Solis Kingly Street! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, open hire and Grill background looking to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group. As a Chef de Partie at Solis, you will:

Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality
Use top-quality ingredients to create dishes from our diverse and innovative menus
Have the opportunity to support and learn from senior chefs while mentoring junior team members
Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Take advantage of ongoing training and career development opportunities

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Bring 2+ years of experience as a Grill Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment (advantageous)
Have a natural passion for food and a strong understanding of diverse global cuisines
Bring a positive can do attitude and can work collaboratively across multiple teams
Have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and develop
Bring an ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
Are ready to bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to Arcade!
