About The Role:

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team of our upcoming new opening in Covent Garden - Zylia! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, multi-cuisine background looking to take the next step in their career.


The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group. This role will have a strong focus on open charcoal grill cooking, so previous experience working with open charcoal grills is essential.


As a successful Chef de Partie at Zylia - Covent Garden, you will:

  • Provide top-tier hospitality by building professional, warm and genuine connections with our guests
  • Manage your section like a pro, ensuring smooth bar service and happy guests
  • Bring a good understanding of spirits, mixology techniques, and classic & modern cocktail recipes
  • Follow all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations like a champ
  • Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions to keep your skills sharp
  • Get the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!


We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Bring experience in a similar role delivering high standard bar service
  • Can make 5 classic cocktails from memory
  • Are a creative thinker with a can-do attitude
  • Bring excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Are passionate about bartending and creative when it comes to crafting and serving drinks
  • Are a hospitality superstar who loves making guests feel special
  • Bring strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
