Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Arcade, you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering an exceptional hiring experience across the business. You’ll play a key role in sourcing great talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring every candidate has a positive and engaging journey from first contact through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:


Talent Support & Delivery

  • Support hiring across multiple roles within the Arcade portfolio.
  • Assist in attracting high-quality candidates aligned with Arcade’s culture and values.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.


Sourcing & Attraction

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification calls.
  • Explore creative sourcing strategies to identify talent from diverse backgrounds.


Interview Coordination & Process Management

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process with clear communication at every stage.
  • Support the implementation of structured interview processes.


Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Arcade in all candidate interactions.


Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering recruitment plans.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.


Recruitment Operations

  • Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated and accurate.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain organised recruitment records.
  • Support reporting on key hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline activity).
  • Support with offer letters, contracts and systems onboarding.


Employer Brand

  • Contribute to job postings and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support initiatives that promote Arcade as an employer of choice.
  • Engage with candidates through social platforms and events where appropriate.


Diversity & Inclusion

  • Support inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Promote fair and consistent recruitment processes.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • 12+ months experience in Restaurant recruitment (essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Passion for hospitality, people, and building great teams.
